This is a wonderful opportunity to learn various felting techniques using fiber sourced directly from our family-run "fiber" farm, where you can also enjoy visiting the alpacas, sheep, and goats. The workshop is designed to be beginner-friendly, with most projects completed comfortably within two hours or less. Wet Felting is a process of turning wool / animal fiber into fabric. For this class we will be using a ball as a form and applying warm soapy water and friction to turn it into a sturdy and beautiful bowl, hat or purse. Interact with alpacas, sheep, and other animals while you felt with their fiber. A relaxing project in a peaceful setting.
